Privacy Policy of Hotshot
HotShot operates the HotShot Mobile Applications and website, which provides on-demand services.
This page is used to inform the APP/website visitors regarding our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, the HotShot app, and the Hotshot.llc website.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at HotShot.llc unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you and offer you the best possible service.

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us which is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
Media
If you upload images to the mobile application of the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the Application/Website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
- At the time of first-time SignUp, you may opt into saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you revisit. These cookies will last for one year.
- If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
- When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. - If you edit or publish a service, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the service you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Articles on Hotshot App or Website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who do we share your data with
We rely on Google.com or Facebook.com at the time of signup for authentication and verification purposes in order to provide you and others with a safe and reliable service and develop a sustainable service-providing platform.
What rights do you have over your data?
If you have an account on the Hotshot platform either as a service receiver or service provider, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
In addition, you have a complete right to deactivate your account which will pause your account and retain your information in the database in case you want to revisit and receive a service or provide a service on this platform. You can also delete your account on the platform, this will permanently delete all your personal information immediately and you will have to go through the signup process in case you want to join the platform at a later time.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
